I enjoyed the room - it was compact and exceptionally nice with a micro toilet and spa bath and kingsize bed. Had a shower and towels in the bathroom.

Thank you for a fab stay. The place is excellent and has excellent location in closer proximity to US Visa Processing centre. The employees are great and perfect. Overall appetising food, plus there is Hudson Bar close by.

Check-in took a while due to only one staff member at the reception. The room had a great air conditioning system, a real plus in Chennai's heat. I enjoyed the variety of food options nearby, especially the restaurants. The location made it easy to explore the area. I found it disappointing that there were no lockers in the room for valuables despite instructions suggesting otherwise. I noticed a few roaches in the bathroom on the last day, unsettling, especially for the price paid. The toiletries provided were also below standard. Late checkout wasn't possible, frustrating for those with later flights. The issues with cleanliness and lack of amenities took away from what could have been a more enjoyable stay.

The rooftop pool provided a relaxing escape after a long day. Room cleanliness needs significant improvement.

I loved how the spa treatments were super relaxing and the rooftop pool was a perfect way to unwind after a long day. The place offered calming vibes that made my solo trip enjoyable, but I did notice the towels could use a little upgrade. Definitely try the massage service if you're looking to pamper yourself! 🌟

Great rooftop bar with fun Tamil music! Loved the cozy vibe and central location in Nungambakkam. Perfect spot for solo travelers like me to unwind and explore.

But if parking was any tighter, I'd have to valet my handbag!

The hotel is centrally located. It's just opposite a lovely garden. We appreciated the polite and helpful staff at the restaurant, who assisted us with a good breakfast even when it wasn't included in our stay.

The location is super convenient. The rooftop vibe is a must for evening relaxation.

The hotel's simple and natural design provided a peaceful oasis of tranquility, perfect for senior people like myself. The outside seating areas, surrounded by shrubs and bushes, offered a few private seating areas which were ideal for relaxation. The hotel's accessibility was also a standout feature, making it easy for senior guests to navigate and enjoy their stay.

The only thing I would ask for a better vacation for senior people is for the children working there to be more attentive and friendly. A warm smile and making us feel important would truly enhance the overall experience.
